We’re hiring a Regional Director of Sales, Europe to lead commercial performance across our UK & European hotel portfolio.
The role
* Lead regional sales strategy and execution
* Drive revenue growth across key segments
* Manage and develop multi-property sales teams
* Own key accounts and partnerships
* Work closely with Revenue, Marketing & Operations
* Support openings and repositioning projects
What success looks like
* Delivery of sales targets and budgets
* Growth in market share and RGI performance
* Strong pipeline and conversion
* High-performing, engaged teams
What we’re looking for
* Senior hotel sales leadership experience (multi-property)
* Proven track record of commercial delivery
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management
* Deep understanding of hotel sales & distribution
