The Partners are seeking a 6 session GP with flexibility on days. There is a very well managed workload on offer of circa 13 AM and 12 PM consultations per session. The surgery employ an excellent and varied team of clinical and clerical support staff resulting in a very well organised practice and a supportive environment. The existing Partners are seeking a GP to come in ideally with a view to Partnership, the length of the initial period of mutual assessment is negotiable. The surgery is involved in teaching and there is support on offer for those wishing to develop interest areas.

1. Salaried GP role
2. Seeking 6 sessions a week
3. Flexible on working days
4. Comprehensive clinical and clerical support teams
5. Excellent management structure in place
6. Strong and stable Partnership and team of existing Salaried GPs
7. List size of circa 12,000
8. Well managed workload of 13 AM and 12 PM consultations per session
9. Very low home visits, vast majority done by home visiting team and Paramedic
10. Duty doctor done only by Partners, on a rota basis
11. Use Systm One
12. Support for development of interest areas
13. Close knit team with regular practice meetings
Package and Benefits:
14. Circa £10,800 to £11,000 per session per annum
15. Partnership earning potential to be discussed in person
