Linzi is one of the UK’s leading footwear brands, known for trend-led, accessible fashion and a growing online community. We’re looking for a talented Social Media Content Creator to take our Instagram and TikTok to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
* Own Linzi’s Instagram and TikTok content, from ideation to posting, ensuring a consistent, trend-led brand voice.
* Generate fresh, out-of-the-box content ideas daily, staying ahead of trends and leveraging viral sounds, formats, and cultural moments.
* Be confident on camera and comfortable featuring in content as part of the brand’s personality.
* Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality content independently, including Reels, Stories, feed posts, TikToks, and content for social paid ads.
* Manage your own social media calendar, scheduling posts to align with product launches, campaigns, and key seasonal moments.
* Work closely with models, photographers, and creative teams during shoots to capture compelling, on-brand content.
* Collaborate with marketing, buying, and wider teams to ensure content aligns with brand campaigns and product drops.
* Optimise content for maximum engagement, reach, and discoverability across all platforms.
* Track performance by reading analytics and reporting insights to continuously improve content strategy.
* Attend events, launches, and photoshoots to create engaging, authentic content in real time.
* Maintain a strong understanding of IG & TikTok trends, platform updates, and best practices.
* Conduct regular competitor audits and trend research to keep Linzi ahead of the curve.
* Manage day-to-day content budgets and production logistics for social media campaigns.
* Think creatively, push boundaries, and consistently deliver content that feels fresh, bold, and true to the Linzi brand.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in content creation (Ideally for fashion).
* Very good knowledge of TikTok and Instagram platforms, including back-end reporting.
* Excellent copy-writing skills with a strong understanding of brand tone of voice.
* Proficiency in editing tools such as Capcut, Canva and Final Cut Pro would be a plus.
* Creative experience across all social channels.
* Ability to adjust content strategies based on performance data.
* Experience in a fast-paced, trend driven environment.
* Highly organised with a strong creative vision and a sharp eye for detail.
* A great communicator with the confidence to execute content solo.
