HRIS Management & Development
1. Serve as a super user and subject‑matter expert for the following HR systems: Cascade (HRIS), Networx (Recruitment), Clear Review (Performance Management), and Workbuzz (Engagement)
2. Maintain, develop and optimise systems to improve user experience, process, and compliance
3. Manage and/or support system updates, enhancements, workflows, and user permissions
4. Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers to resolve technical queries
5. Lead on HR data integrity initiatives, conducting regular 'data loads' and audits, ensuring robust data governance
HR Process & System Support
1. Support UK and EU HR teams with system queries, acting as the 'go to' for colleagues globally
2. Contribute to the improvement and standardisation of HR processes
3. Support annual HR cycles (e.g., salary review, appraisals, engagement surveys) through data preparation, reporting, and system configuration
4. Assist with renewal and annual budgeting for HR system products
5. Support the integration of HRIS data into the payroll module, ensuring accurate data flow, reconciliation, and issue resolution
Reporting and Analytics
1. Design, compile, and maintain a suite of HR reports and/or dashboards
2. Produce regular MI for HR colleagues across Operations, Recruitment, Inclusion and more.
3. Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from stakeholders across the firm
4. Support with people data interpretation and manipulation to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities
Skills and Experience
1. Strong experience working with HRIS platforms, ideally Cascade, including system administration, configuration and development. Experience using Networx, Clear Review and Workbuzz is desired but not essential
2. Advanced Excel skills
3. Demonstrable experience producing accurate, high-quality HR reports and analysis
4. Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to data accuracy and quality
5. Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently
6. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non‑technical users
7. Knowledge of GDPR and HR data compliance principles
Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is desired, but not essential.
