Position: Paraplanner
Location : Crawley, Wst Sussex
Salary : Up to £45,000 (DOE) + Discretionary bonus
Hours : Full-time (37 hours/week, Monday-Friday)
Type : Hybrid (After 3 months)
About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Paraplanner to join a respected and forward-thinking financial planning firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 18 months of experience working with high-net-worth UK private clients, who is passionate about delivering high-quality financial planning support and eager to grow within a collaborative team environment.
You’ll work closely with Financial Planners and Client Support Administrators to deliver tailored financial advice, while also contributing to continuous improvement and innovation across the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct full analysis of client needs, develop cash flow models, and maintain accurate client records
* Construct financial planning solutions across investments, pensions, tax, and estate planning
* Prepare detailed recommendation reports and client letters, ensuring compliance and accuracy
* Support client review processes, including performance analysis and model updates
* Liaise with clients via phone, email, and in meetings to build strong, lasting relationships
* Coordinate with administrators to ensure smooth processing of applications and updates
* Collaborate with external professionals (e.g. solicitors, accountants) to implement advice
Requirements
* Minimum 18 months’ experience in a paraplanning role with UK high-net-worth private clients
* Diploma Level 4 qualified (or equivalent), with a strong CPD record
* Solid understanding of the financial planning process and regulatory framework
* Excellent technical knowledge of personal finance and investment management
* Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
* A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
