About the Role

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking dedicated and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of Secondary Schools, ALN (Additional Learning Needs) Schools in the Llanelli Area
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting teachers and helping pupils to achieve their best. Your day-to-day duties may include:
* Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
* Providing one-to-one or small-group support to pupils who may need extra help
* Supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) or challenging behaviour
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
* Supervising pupils during non-teaching times and assisting with classroom organisation

What We’re Looking For
* Experience supporting children or young people (in a school, youth, or care setting)
* A positive, patient, and proactive attitude with a good understanding of safeguarding
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to work across a variety of school settings
* Driving licence and access to transport is a strong advantage (due to the range of school locations)
