What You'll Bring
* Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to advance your career
* Experience working with fresh ingredients and strong chef/kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene practices)
* Good communication skills and a team player
* Self-motivated to work at pace with limited supervision
* Strong knowledge of allergens, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety best practices
