We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Part time Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, assisting customers in finding the perfect piece, and maintaining the overall appearance and presentation of the store. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment. Assist customers with product selection, offering advice and guidance tailored to their needs. Maintain product knowledge to provide informed recommendations on materials, styles, trends, and care. Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner. Achieve personal and store sales targets and KPIs. Key Skills & Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience (jewellery or luxury retail preferred but not essential). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for delivering excellent customer service. Attention to detail and an eye for visual presentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
