Position Overview:
As the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency. You will lead a team of talented culinary professionals, manage inventory, and work closely with the front-of-house staff to create a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.
* Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and presentation standards.
* Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storage of food and supplies.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the senior management
* Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering skills development and teamwork.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
