Responsibilities
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in residents' homes and communal living spaces to ensure they are spotlessly clean and beautifully presented.
* Work in Housekeeping to keep linen clean for residents' comfort and hygiene.
* Be alert to potential fire and accident risks and collaborate with other teams to reduce risks to residents’ safety.
* Support residents with a range of activities that support their health and wellbeing (e.g., arts and crafts, social occasions, outings, gardening).
Requirements
We are looking for people who care, regardless of qualifications or previous experience. No prior qualifications in health and social care are required. Training and development opportunities will be provided, and there are opportunities for promotion and career growth.
