I am looking for a Project Sales Manager to join an expanding Planned Works division. You’ll be responsible for managing high-value projects, conducting site surveys, and providing consultative sales expertise to clients across London. This is a field-based role ideal for someone who combines technical knowledge with strong commercial acumen and a modern, partnership-driven sales approach.

Job Description
• Conduct site surveys for planned works projects and provide comprehensive technical assessments
• Manage and progress all sales opportunities from initial enquiry through to deal closure
• Liaise with the estimating team to ensure timely, accurate quotations are produced
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering bespoke and commercially sound solutions
• Deliver high-value projects ranging from £25,000 to £2 million with precision and professionalism
• Report regularly on sales pipeline, performance metrics, and forecasts to the Head of Project Sales
• Project manage larger ongoing works, ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
• Proven surveying or technical background (experience in roofing or building works preferred)
• Demonstrable success managing sales pipelines and closing high-value projects
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver ROI-driven solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a consultative, partnership-led approach
• Comfortable using data and digital tools to support and enhance the sales process
• Field-based experience with the ability to manage time and priorities independently
