What You'll Be Doing
* 🔹 Managing IT incidents and service requests from first contact through to resolution
* 🔹 Supporting Windows, Android, iOS devices and core business systems
* 🔹 Working within a Microsoft 365 hybrid environment (Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Exchange Online, endpoint protection)
* 🔹 Managing joiners, leavers, and access provisioning securely
* 🔹 Assisting with hardware/software installs and upgrades
* 🔹 Supporting cybersecurity controls including MFA and device compliance
* 🔹 Contributing to IT improvement projects, migrations, and upgrades
* 🔹 Supporting ISO 27001 aligned processes across the business
What We're Looking For
* ✔ Minimum 2 years' experience in IT Support / Service Desk
* ✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
* ✔ Excellent communication with users at all levels
* ✔ Organised, proactive and customer‑focused mindset
* ✔ Experience in Microsoft / Windows environments
* ✔ Ability to travel between sites when required
Bonus Skills (Desirable)
* ⭐ Microsoft 365 administration
* ⭐ Intune / RMM / MDM tools
* ⭐ Networking & security knowledge
* ⭐ PowerShell scripting
* ⭐ ISO 27001 / Cyber Essentials familiarity
* ⭐ IT certifications (CompTIA / Microsoft / Cisco)
