The Role
Legal PA - Nottingham - Up to £32,000 salary
A national firm with a global reach is seeking to appoint a Legal PA for the prestigious Nottingham office.
The successful candidate should be a proactive business professional with a history of supporting leaders within demanding commercial environments they should also be confident in developing, implementing, and communicating processes and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a previous understanding and experience of working within law.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing PA support to Senior Lawyers
* Being the first point of contact for the department fielding both internal and external queries
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders
* Drafting correspondence and email responses
* Arranging domestic and international travel including arranging visas
* Reviewing monthly expense claims for all staff/directors in the business to ensure adherence to company policy
* Completing claims on behalf of the Partners
* Producing PowerPoint presentations
* Planning and budget control of events, including corporate hospitality, offsite events/team away days
* Events Management including attending client events and seminars when required
* Liaising with senior stakeholders
* Complex diary management and scheduling meetings
* Coordinating financial management, ensuring bills are produced promptly
