Job Description
We are looking for caring individuals to join our dedicated staff team in Sheffield. As a Support Worker, you will work with individuals with learning disabilities in their own home. You will enable the people we support to live full and meaningful lives, pursuing their passion for football and games to creative crafts and knitting. No two days are the same!
Support Worker duties include:
* Providing support and personal care
* Giving practical and emotional support with day to day living
* Delivering access within the wider community of the area
* Engaging the people we support in their preferred activities
This position does not require experience, and is a great opportunity to start a new career whether you are an experienced carer, graduate, or completely new to the social care sector. Our service is based in Intake, Sheffield, south east of the city centre. The position is a part time role of 22.5 hours per week, to be worked flexibly according to a rota.
