With a broad-based practice spanning corporate/commercial, real estate, litigation, and private client work, the firm serves a diverse client base across banking, retail, hospitality, and technology sectors. Its international reach continues to grow through dedicated desks supporting clients in mainland Europe and Asia. As part of its continued expansion, the firm is seeking an experienced Employment Associate to join its thriving Employment team, with opportunities available in both the London and Home Counties offices. The Role: You’ll advise a wide range of clients—from multinational corporations and SMEs to senior executives and individuals—on complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The caseload will have a contentious bias and includes: Managing Employment Tribunal claims Advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures Handling restrictive covenant breaches Supporting clients on HR policies and procedures Drafting employment contracts, handbooks, and TUPE-related documentation Advising on partnership disputes and settlement agreements About You: UK-qualified solicitor with 3 years’ PQE in employment law Strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters Confident managing high-quality, complex work with significant client exposure Commercially minded, with excellent drafting and advisory skills Comfortable contributing to business development and building client relationships What’s on Offer: A collaborative and supportive team environment High-quality work across a broad and varied client base Genuine opportunities for career progression in a firm with consistent year-on-year growth Competitive salary, commensurate with experience A culture that supports your professional development and long-term career ambitions.
