We’re looking for a Market SRM Leader to drive the next wave of growth by putting Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) at the heart of how we do business. This is a high-profile role with real impact—you’ll use your analytical expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership skills to shape strategy, influence decisions, and deliver results.
What you will do
* Lead a team of SRM specialists to design and roll out a 3-year SRM strategy for local brands—embedding best-in-class tools, setting new standards, and ensuring ambitious market targets are achieved.
* Act as the bridge between the EUAU SRM Director and local markets, driving consistency, improving processes, and elevating SRM capabilities across the region.
* Shape and deliver a bold 3-year SRM strategy for local brands—using insights and data to unlock opportunities across price, promotion, pack/price architecture, assortment, and channel mix.
* Inspire and lead a team of SRM specialists, building their skills and embedding best-in-class tools and ways of working to create a culture of continuous improvement and real impact.
* Collaborate with Market Activation Teams to weave SRM into brand plans and customer strategies, helping teams put insights into action and drive adoption across the business.
* Own the delivery of market SRM targets, ensuring reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable to keep performance on track.
* Act as the link between EUAU SRM and local markets, championing consistency, sharing best practices, and building strong relationships across teams and geographies.
* Contribute to the long-term SRM roadmap for the EUAU region alongside the SRM Director.
What you will bring to the team
* A strategic thinker with a strong commercial and analytical foundation. Likely holds a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in strategic revenue management, pricing, or a similar role within FMCG.
* People leader who can inspire and develop high-performing teams, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.
* Confidence navigating pricing strategies, promotional mechanics, and assortment optimization, using syndicated and bespoke research to shape smart decisions.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and work across functions and markets.
* Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software; experience with SRM platforms is a plus.
