We're looking to hire an experienced, high-performing Account Manager to join and support our fast-growing business. This is an opportunity for a driven, proactive individual who thrives on ownership, relationship-building, and delivering results.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll take responsibility for a defined portfolio of customer accounts across the Retail, Wholesale, Logistics, and Manufacturing sectors. You'll be accountable for managing and growing all existing spend, while identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell the full suite of OneAdvanced category solutions.

This role suits someone who is commercially focused, confident engaging senior stakeholders, and motivated by performance in a high-growth environment.


What You Will Do

* Manage and develop relationships across your portfolio
* Own the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to close
* Proactively generate, progress, and close opportunities within the existing customer base
* Ensure strong retention across your account portfolio, with a clear focus on delivering an excellent customer experience through regular, structured onsite account reviews with clients
* Provide accurate and reliable sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
* Develop and maintain detailed account plans to achieve individual sales target


What You Will Have

* Proven negotiation and closing capability, with a consistent record of outperforming targets
* A strong track record of success in B2B sales, managing and growing revenue across a complex client portfolio
* The ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with senior stakeholders through clear and effective communication
* A self-starter mentality, demonstrating ownership, initiative, and the drive to create opportunities rather than wait for them
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, enabling high performance in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Successful candidates will participate in a one-month onboarding to learn about our products, markets, and commercial strategy.
