At Daisy Hill, we provide supported living for adults with mental ill health and complex support needs. Our goal is to help individuals live with dignity, feel rooted in their community, and gain confidence through caring support. We're seeking someone kind, dependable, and compassionate, who treats each person as an individual.

Our team builds long-term relationships to help individuals reconnect with routines, feel safe, develop life skills, rebuild social networks, and regain independence.
The Role
As a Project Worker, you will:
* Support individuals in daily routines such as meal preparation, laundry, and emotional wellbeing
* Provide personal care and medication support when needed
* Encourage independence through practical assistance and encouragement
* Connect individuals with local services, activities, and wellbeing initiatives
* Be a steady presence during both good and challenging days
Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm
Qualifications and Qualities
We value patience, kindness, a sense of humour, teamwork, confidentiality, calmness, motivation, and shared values. Experience is welcome but not essential; your attitude matters most.
