Vehicle Technician – Main Dealer Opportunity in Gravesend
1. Salary: £33,000.00 Basic Salary + Bonus (OTE £42,000)
2. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (rota)

Our client, a well-established dealership in Gravesend, is seeking a skilled Technician to undertake inspections, diagnostics, routine maintenance, and complex repairs. What you’ll be doing as a Vehicle Technician:
10. Conducting vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to a high standard
11. Carrying out routine servicing and maintenance
12. Identifying faults and performing complex repairs and adjustments
13. Maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards
14. Supporting the workshop team to meet customer satisfaction and productivity targets
Who we’re looking for:
15. NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
16. Minimum of three years’ experience working in a dealership or independent garage
17. Full UK Driving Licence with minimal points
18. Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, inspection, and repair procedures
19. A proactive team player with a good attitude and attention to detail
Additional Skills:
20. Experience as a Fast Fit Technician or in similar fast-paced roles is beneficial
