Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality, creative and well-structured lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and ethos.
Foster a stimulating, positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and adapt teaching to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and staff, contributing to the warm and supportive culture that defines our Hillingdon school.
Engage in collaborative planning, professional development and wider school life.
Maintain high expectations for achievement, behavior and personal development across KS2.
