In this role you’ll:
* Support pupils with a wide range of SEND and communication needs
* Build steady, trusting relationships that help pupils feel grounded
* Use visuals, structure, and gentle routines to reduce anxiety
* Model calm, clear language to help pupils feel safe and understood

* You have experience with ASC, SEMH, sensory needs, or learning delays
* You’re patient, kind, and a great communicator
* You’re happy working across different schools in the local area
* You enjoy helping children feel settled, seen, and supported

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
