IRecruit4 are seeking 3.5T Van Drivers / Recycling Operatives in the Chiseldon area. Our client, a busy and environmentally focused recycling company, is looking for a reliable Van Driver / Recycling Operative to join their team based in Chiseldon. Youll be collecting recyclable cardboard from commercial clients across the South and returning to the yard to assist in preparing materials for processing. This is a hands-on, physical role that combines driving with yard work not a parcel delivery role. Key Responsibilities: * Safely operate a 3.5T van to collect cardboard recycling from business customers * Complete multiple daily collections across the South of England * Return materials to the Chiseldon yard for sorting, baling, and wrapping * Use machinery on-site to prepare recyclables for transport * Work closely with a small, friendly team to meet daily targets * Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle * Follow health & safety procedures and company policies at all times
