We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Health & Safety Trainer/Consultant to join a dynamic team.

About the Role As a Health & Safety Trainer/Consultant, you will: Deliver engaging and high-quality health and safety training sessions (e.g., NEBOSH, SMSTS).
Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies tailored to client needs.
Conduct site audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
Provide consultancy services to a variety of industries, including construction and manufacturing.
Provide expert guidance to clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to uphold our reputation as a trusted HSE partner.
Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.
Deliver practical, hands-on training sessions to individuals and groups.
Investigate incidents and implement actionable recommendations.
Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
About You Youll be a self-motivated professional with strong communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have:
Qualifications: o NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & Safety. o NEBOSH General and Construction Certificates (es o SMSTS Certification (preferred).
Experience: o Proven track record in health and safety training, consultancy, or management. o Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations. o Background in construction or similar high-risk industries.
Soft Skills: o A collaborative approach to mentoring and coaching. o Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. o Confidence in building client relationships and handling complex challenges.
