The Opportunity
Elevate Supply is delighted to offer a rewarding opportunity for Level 2/3 EYFS Teaching Assistants in Bradford. This part-time, flexible role is ideal for individuals passionate about early years education who are looking to make a real difference in local schools—rated GOOD by Ofsted—while balancing other commitments.
What You’ll Do
* Work alongside teachers and school staff to deliver the EYFS curriculum effectively.
* Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of pupils.
* Support classroom management and contribute to the overall wellbeing of all children.
You Should Have
* A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in EYFS or a related field.
* Proven experience working with EYFS students in UK settings.
* A sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding policies.
* An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply).
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
