Based within our inclusion team you will have a desire to work with young people, be calm and patient as well as having the ability to work well under pressure. Working as part of the inclusion team you will support the effective operations day-to-day within the academy. Facilitate and implement the academy’s behaviour intervention and liaise with teachers, outside agencies and families.
