Randstad is proud to be working in partnership with Kingston Council to recruit a committed and professional Social Worker to join their dynamic Mental Health Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents facing mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of service users with a variety of complex mental health needs. Undertake assessments, care planning, and risk management. Work collaboratively with health professionals, service users, and their families to promote independence and recovery. Ensure that all work meets legislative requirements and local safeguarding policies. Maintain accurate and timely records in line with professional standards. Requirements: Qualified Social Worker (Degree/DipSW/CQSW). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult mental health services. Strong knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Health Act, and other relevant legislation. Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
