We’re looking for someone to join our Metering Support Services team in a role that’s all about supporting clients and keeping day-to-day operations on track.What’s the Role About?As an Operational Service Delivery Assistant, you’ll be the go-to person for admin and coordination tasks that help our clients and internal teams stay on top of things. You’ll manage smaller accounts and lend a hand with bigger ones, making sure everything runs like clockwork.What You’ll Be DoingHandle day-to-day admin for smaller accounts and support larger ones.Be a friendly point of contact for routine client queries.Keep reports and dashboards up to date so everyone has the info they need.Organise schedules, logistics, and paperwork for service delivery.Work closely with colleagues and clients to keep things moving.Help resolve issues and pass on anything more complex to the right people.What We’re Looking ForQualifications: GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above). A-Levels or a degree are a bonus but not essential.Experience: Previous admin or customer service experience is great.
