In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensure smooth operations, and create a welcoming environment for our residents.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will:
* Engage with residents and represent our community with pride, building strong relationships that foster a sense of belonging.
* Respond promptly to phone calls and inquiries, ensuring every resident feels heard and valued.
* Assist residents during their move-in and move-out processes, making transitions as seamless as possible.
* Process maintenance requests and follow up to guarantee satisfaction with completed work.
* Prepare incident reports related to resident issues, adhering to our company policies and standards.
* Develop and coordinate resident communications, including newsletters and surveys, to keep everyone informed and engaged.
* Ensure compliance with community and company policies, maintaining a harmonious living environment.
* Review resident feedback with management and take prompt corrective actions when necessary.
* Foster a professional and friendly atmosphere that consistently exceeds resident expectations.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
* A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
* 1+ years of experience in property management or a related field.
* Consistent weekend availability is a must!
* A friendly demeanor and a passion for excellence.
* Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* A high school diploma or GED; a college education is preferred.
