Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
* Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
* Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
* Ensure the correct products, invoices and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
* Identifying and capitalising on opportunities with an innovative approach to all relevant sales channels within your customer base.
* Ensure you consistently deliver exceptional customer service and serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
* Understanding and communicating the organisation’s value propositions and processes through proposals and presentations.
* Attend key industry events by representing the company i.e. exhibitions, forums etc.
* Monitoring supply and demand, competitor offers and costs to determine and adjust selling prices.
* Forecasting and creating annual sales quotas for regions and territories to determine sales objectives.
* Analysing market trends and results to determine annual unit and gross-profit plans.
* Strategic coordination with the marketing team to create effective campaigns with the idea of tracking ROI and increase in revenue
* Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
* Ensure invoices are paid by customers in a timely manner
* Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
The Person
* A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience.
* Proficient in Arabic language at a business level.
* Experience coordinating and managing internal and external individuals/teams.
* Highly motivated and also a motivator to colleagues.
* Experience with CRM & ERP softwares.
* Strong project management, people management and achieving sales quotas.
* Proven experience in a senior sales role.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Outstanding persuasion, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Strong financial skills to effectively review financial forecasts and set targets.

* Demonstrates good networking skills (internally and externally) and actively seeks to use contacts to further their own input, impact, and influence.
* Strong leadership skills to effectively lead a company’s sales and marketing operations.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, communications, or related field if preferred.
* Ability to show customers and other client stakeholders the company’s value proposition.
