This role involves building a range of cable products using hand tools and machinery, working from written instructions and customer drawings. Contract: 12-week Temp to Perm
Hours:
MondayThursday: 07:3016:15
Friday: 07:3012:15 (early finish)
Breaks: 15-minute lunch + two 10-minute paid breaks
Key Responsibilities
Assemble cables, looms, and harnesses to customer specifications
Carry out hand and machine crimping
Follow written instructions and drawings accurately
Perform basic inspection and quality checks
Maintain a tidy and safe work area
Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
Skills & Experience
Previous cable or wiring assembly experience is beneficial
Soldering skills are a strong advantage
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to follow written instructions and technical drawings
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
