Senior Administrator

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join our ENT waiting list admin team at Castle Hill Hospital.
You will manage the waiting times for patients within the ENT Department to ensure that patients receive their surgery within national waiting times.
You will also ensure an effective and efficient administrative service is maintained.
NOTE: This advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
Main duties of the job
To assist in the delivery of the Trust's Waiting List Policy and in meeting performance targets, quality and activity targets and in ensuring continuous development and maintenance of processes.
You will be able to communicate at all levels, work flexibly and organise and prioritise your own workload.
You will assist in the management of Inpatient Waiting Lists within the ENT Administration Service.

Person Specification
Education / Qualifications
* 4 GCSEs or equivalent (grade 4 or above)
* NVQ level 2 / BTEC equivalent, preferably in Customer Service or Administration
* Customer care training / telephone skills
Experience
* Experience of providing a service to patients/customers
* A proven ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
* Ability to communicate at all levels, both written and verbally
* Good organisational skills
* Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
