Billing Admin - 6 Month Contract Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Billing Assistant for our client based in Aylesbury for a fixed term contract of 6 month. Hours: 9am-5pm Salary: £28,000 Contract: 6 month fix term Duties: - Preparing draft invoices and sending out for approval and with time producing invoices on your own. - Working closely with other departments operations and the warehousing teams - Analysing supplier invoices to ensure we are charged correct rates. - Manual entry of invoices to our accounting software - Ensuring all information are up to date and correct - Liaising with clients to deal with invoice queries Requirements: - Good understanding of AR and Credit Control processes - Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic data analysis) - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling high-volume transactions - Familiarity with financial systems (SAP or similar) - You must have a driving licence due to the location If you would be interested, please apply or email your CV to (url removed)
