Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Business Support Manager for a Local Authority Client in Merseyside. In this role, you will lead and oversee business support services across Children's Social Care. Duties: Manage and develop Business Support Officers, overseeing performance and training. Coordinate financial, administrative, and IT systems to support Children's Social Care. Ensure compliance with data protection, information governance, and council policies. Work with managers to improve processes, service delivery, and reporting. Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Proven experience managing and leading a business support team. Experience overseeing budgets, financial transactions, and administrative systems. Knowledge of information governance, data protection, and compliance requirements Experience working with internal teams and partner agencies to improve service delivery.
