Main duties of the job
Access the SystmOne clinical system and code incoming patient correspondence.
Read through documents/letters and code the appropriate codes into patient records.
Triage these and determine if they should be forwarded to GP/other medical professional for action.

Review, interpret and code incoming patient correspondence.
Liaise with clinicians to resolve coding queries.
Follow specified clinical pathways and processes.
