Are you a Product Manager with deep NHS integration experience, particularly with GP Connect, and a track record of owning digital health platforms from concept to delivery?
We’re hiring on behalf of a mission-led digital health company that’s redefining how care is delivered. As they scale, they need a Technical Product Manager who can take full ownership of their platform and lead critical integrations with national NHS systems, including GP Connect, Spine, EMIS, TPP/SystmOne and more.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of a patient-focused health platform – from ideation through delivery and iteration.
Lead GP Connect integration projects – including Access Record, Appointment Management, and Update Record – ensuring alignment with NHS Digital standards.
Collaborate closely with engineering, clinical, and regulatory teams to deliver compliant, secure, and user-centric functionality.
Shape the product’s roadmap and architecture to support scale, performance, and data interoperability across care settings.
Use analytics tools (e.g. Pendo, Amplitude) to drive insight-led prioritisation and delivery.
What You’ll Bring
Experience with GP Connect and broader NHS system integrations (e.g. Spine, HL7, FHIR, EMIS, TPP, Cerner, or similar).
Proven success in technical product management within digital health, healthtech, or regulated environments.
A strong grasp of APIs, data architecture, and SaaS platforms in a clinical or care setting.
Ability to drive discovery and delivery with cross-functional agile squads.
An understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g. NHS IG, GDPR, DTAC).
