My client based in Worcester is looking to recruit a Toolmaker on a Permanent basis as the business continues to grow. The main responsibilities associated with the role include - Using milling machines, grinders and lathe - Work to Engineering drawings - Build/fit/assemble/polish tooling and dies using hand tools and equipment - use CMM to check tooling, jogs and fixtures within tolerance - Work in responsible manner in terms of Health and Safety As a suitable candidate you will offer the following - Skilled, time-serves toolmaker - Trained in the use of all toolroom machinery and hand tools - Experience working with tight tolerances with all materials - Ability to read engineering drawings - Ability to use a wide range of measuring equipment - Ability to get on with people at all levels - Excellent communication skills The hours for this role are Mon-Fri (Apply online only) and the salary is up to £40,000 Keywords Toolmaker, milling machines, grinders, lathe, hand tools, dies, CMM, tooling, jigs, fixtures...
