Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine service and maintenance of gas fired appliances and HVAC plant and equipment including boilers, water heaters, pump sets, press units etc. Perform mechanical work, including maintenance of pipework, seals, pumps, and pressurisation units. Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems across a portfolio of contracted sites. Essential requirements: Served recognised apprenticeship ACS Commercial Gas qualified Highly skilled in all aspects of servicing and repair work Good problem-solving skills Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care combined with excellent communication skills Full UK Drivers Licence Willing to work overtime Undergo relevant Disclosure/CRB checks
