Large FMCG business requires a Procurement Administrator for a 3 - 6 month contract.
This will be a fast paced role within a highly reputable Manufacturing business.
This is site based and Mon - Fri (days).
The role:
* Working within a high performing Procurement team, you will create, process and track purchase orders ensuring accuracy in quantities, delivery dates and pricing.
* Maintenance of supplier records, supporting onboarding and compliance
* Communicating with suppliers and monitoring their performance
* Preparing reports, performing data entry and analysis, and keeping procurement-related data up-to-date
* Assisting with contract reviews, maintaining contract databases, and ensuring data accuracy
* Performing general administrative duties to support the procurement team's overall function
The candidate:
* Experienced Administrator who ideally has worked within a Manufacturing / Distribution environment.
* Experience of using SAP and good Excel skills.
The client needs someone to start asap, so having with ability to undertake the assignment within a couple of weeks is paramount.
