About the Role

The Hospital Manager will ensure the safe delivery of services and the smooth running of the hospital. Leading on both clinical governance and CQC compliance within the hospital. You will be an effective leader and manage the hospital team in the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of clinical care.

We are looking for someone who can:
* Be responsible for the day-to-day management and operational delivery of high-quality, patient-focused services within your hospital
* Act as a mentor to your team, ensuring everyone is given the support to succeed and provide the highest quality of patient care
* Lead improvement programmes and identify areas of improvement
* Adhere to good record keeping and drug administration in line with guidelines, ensuring audit processes and action plans are in place to monitor effectiveness
* Ensure compliance with clinical audits and monitor them effectively
* Always ensure safe patient care
Who we are looking for:
* Current or previous healthcare registration with a registered body
* Experience managing clinical teams and working with clinicians
* Budget management experience
* Ability to establish good working relationships with team and wider hospital staff
* Effective communication skills with patients
* Flexible approach to work organisation
* Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
* People-focused attitude
