With the help of our experienced team and our Arriva Training School, you’ll have all the tools you need for full CPC training, so you’ll be behind the wheel in no time. We do the right thing at Arriva, that’s why you’ll be earning an hourly rate will be £12.75 for trainees for 12 month which rises to £15.00 after 12 months! Pay Rates: Trainee Drivers: £12.75 per hour (first 3 weeks) Post-training (Trainees): Monday to Saturday: £12.75/hr (rising to £15.00 after 12 months) Sunday: £18.70(rising to £22.00 after 12 month) Bank Holidays: £19.13/hr (rising to £22.50 after 12 months) What’s in It for You? Overtime available at request / availability. Requirements: Be over 18 years old with at least 12 months of driving experience. Hold a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
