We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Operations Manager - National. The role primarily involves managing a field team, driving sales, ensuring high standards in the field, and maintaining compliance with company procedures.
This multifaceted role requires the individual to liaise, report, and support the leadership team. Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading, motivating, and developing the team to achieve store excellence and customer service standards.
2. Ensuring compliance and best practices are followed.
3. Auditing the field team.
4. Conducting field visits as per company expectations.
5. Providing constructive feedback, addressing poor performance, and recognizing success.
6. Coaching, training, and onboarding new team members.
7. Building relationships with the field team and customers.
8. Driving sales efforts in the field.
9. Effective time management and report submission.
10. Maintaining excellent communication skills.
Key Requirements:
* Strong personal integrity and judgment skills.
* Willingness to travel nationally, approximately 4 days a week in the field.
* Experience managing field sales teams.
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Self-starter with good time management skills.
* Team player with collaborative skills.
* Robust, determined, and proactive in resolving issues.
* Ability to handle conflicts confidently.
* Excellent personal presentation.
* Fluent in English; bilingual skills advantageous.
* Education up to GCSE level.
* Experience with retail outlet visits preferred.
* Proficient in IT systems: Word, Excel, Email.
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
Remuneration & Benefits:
* Competitive annual salary with end-of-year bonus (OTE £50,000 - £55,000).
