Job description
Our client is seeking a skilled Field Engineer (CCTV, PA, Access Control) to join a growing team of Engineers supporting a high profile maintenance Contract covering railway station maintenance contract based in the South Wales Region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on various communication systems
2. Handle call-outs and be available for on-call duties
3. Fault-finding
4. Maintain and install analogue and IP networked communications systems, including CCTV, CAT5/CAT6, display screens, and Public Address Systems
Job Requirements:
5. You should be based in the South Wales areas
6. Background ideally in CCTV, Fire & Security, SISS, NVRs, VSS, Public Address Systems, display screens/CIS (analogue and digital), data networks, fibre, copper, CATV/CAT6
7. Experience in maintenance or installation of communications systems and infrastructure
8. Full UK driving licence
9. Previous railway experience is an advantage but not essential
10. Willingness to undergo a Railway Medical and Drug & Alcohol testing, as well as a DBS check
