What you’ll be doing as part of the Customer Services Team: you’ll deliver a high quality, efficient and customer-focused service, handling enquiries via telephone, letter, email and live chat while promoting a digital approach. You’ll respond to enquiries, analyse information and make appropriate decisions from a range of options, promoting self-service channels to maximise digital options and accelerate channel shift.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, efficient customer service to scheme members and employers via telephone, letter, email and live chat.
* Respond to enquiries and interpret information to make appropriate decisions from available options.
* Promote, support and encourage customer independence through self-service channels (e.g., the website).
* Support the reputation and perception of self-service options and drive digital channel adoption.
What You’ll Be Able To Offer
* Level 2/3 qualification or equivalent, or evidence of ability at an equivalent level.
* Working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment, processes and procedures; awareness of health and safety, equality and diversity, information governance and data protection.
* Competence with a range of IT tools; comfortable with online resources and prior office experience.
* Experience in a customer service environment with strong written and oral communication, accuracy, and the ability to prioritise and organise workload.
