Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, order processing & resolving issues, and ensure a positive experience with our financial services.
Experience on eBay & Amazon would be helpful.
Duties
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Utilise Salesforce to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications.
* Assist customers in understanding our financial services and products, guiding them through processes as needed.
* Identify and analyse customer issues to provide effective solutions or escalate as necessary.
* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and financial products to provide accurate information.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services sector.
* Proficiency in Salesforce is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
* Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
