This role is full time office based working in nice offices within a friendly team.
Duties include reconciling accounts, producing daily cash reporting, and assisting with audits and month-end processes. This is a fast-paced role and requires excellent communication and having the ability to multi task is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting supplier and expense payment processing.
* Reconciling multi-currency bank accounts (Sterling, Euro).
* Uploading invoices to customer EDI systems and ensuring accuracy.
* Preparing and reporting the daily cash position.
* Assisting with monthly management accounts and audit preparation.
* Supporting intercompany reconciliations across global operations.
* Providing cover for purchase ledger and other finance team functions.
* Assisting in the development of finance processes, controls, and system improvements.
1. Good knowledge of credit control processes and financial administration.
2. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
