Are you an experienced Care Manager, Supported Living Manager, Service Manager or Deputy Manager ready for a bigger leadership role?
Accedo Care is looking for a highly organised, quality-focused Care Manager to oversee four supported living services in Hertfordshire, supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and/or physical disabilities to live safely, independently and with dignity.
This is a high-impact role for a leader who knows how to run safe, effective and person-centred services. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to drive service quality, staff performance, compliance, and positive outcomes across multiple services.
