Job description: Job Title: Warehouse Operative Location: Droitwich Contract Type: Full Time / Permanent Salary: £30,402.42 (£14.74 Consolidated Hourly Rate) Shift Pattern: 3 Week Rotating Shift (Shift 1: 6am 3pm / Shift 2: 3pm 12am) We are currently looking to recruit for Warehouse Operatives to join our Chill Department at Droitwich Dairy within our Mller Milk & Ingredients business. The purpose of this role is to operate our manufacturing machinery in order to produce the best quality product. You will need to have a strong team working ethic, be results driven and proactive. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Operate our machinery and processes effectively, delivering the required product output. Quality control inspection, assuring customer expectation are maintained. Maintain hygiene standards within the workplace as per standard working conditions. System upkeep and related responsibilities. Cleaning activities. Materials replenishment as required. First line maintenance checks.
