Call Centre Manager Northwest UK : Full Time : up to GBP850/day

About the Role:
As Call Centre Manager, youll be responsible for the day:to:day leadership of 3 support centres, overseeing key administrative functions such across a few business functions. Youll work closely with Directors and Senior Leadership to ensure excellence in service delivery, compliance, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a high:performing, multi:functional admin team across bookings and support services.
* Drive performance, compliance (CQC, GDPR, CMA), and continuous improvement across the centre.
* Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure seamless pathways and service integration.
* Deliver on operational KPIs and manage P and L performance.
* Build and execute a 3:year business strategy for the PSC.
