We're looking for a Merchandising Team Leader based in the B6 6QR area. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands. We work across categories including: Books and Entertainment, Fashion, Grocery, Health and Beauty, Beers, Wines and Spirits, and Toys.
You'll be supervising and training your team to ensure they deliver excellent service for our clients and meet deadlines. Merchandising tasks include setting up Point of Sale displays, checking stock levels, and replenishing fixtures. Every day is different and rewarding! This role is ideal for experienced merchandisers looking to advance their careers.

About the role:
The ideal recruitment area is B6 6QRX.
The hourly rate for merchandising tasks is £12.21, and for administrative tasks, it is £12.70.
* Supervising: You'll support the coordination of the merchandising schedule, coach and train colleagues on principles, processes, and procedures to ensure high-quality service.
* Compliance and Standards: You'll act as a compliance champion, ensuring adherence to merchandising standards, store policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines, including following planograms.
* Product Placement and Replenishment: You'll organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
* Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You'll set up promotional displays and signage effectively.
* Communication and Relationship Building: You'll build relationships with in-store colleagues and provide feedback to client teams via our feedback application.
What makes you excellent:
* Willing to travel across the area
* Full UK driving license and access to a suitable car
* Comfortable with manual handling tasks
* Experience in retail merchandising, retail, or customer service
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently within set timeframes
* Pride in delivering high standards
* Supervisory, training, or coaching experience is a bonus
* Willing to accept home deliveries for some visits (additional pay)
* Comfortable using a company tablet for tasks
