HGV Drivers Winter Maintenance

Lynx Employment are currently recruiting experienced HGV Drivers for a winter maintenance contract based in Kinross. This is a full-time temporary role running through to the end of April 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent hours with competitive overtime rates and weekly on-call allowance.
The Role:
* Operating HGV vehicles as part of the winter maintenance programme
* Gritting and snow clearance duties
* When not driving, carrying out general yard duties
* Participating in an on-call rota during the winter season
Hours of Work (39 hours per week):
Day Shift
* Monday Thursday: 8:00am 4:30pm
* Friday: 8:30am 1:30pm
Night Shift
* Monday Thursday: 6:00pm 2:30am
* Friday: 6:00pm 1:30am
Pay & Benefits:
1. 39 hours per week guaranteed
2. £130 per week on-call allowance
3. Overtime paid at 1.5x Monday to Friday
4. Saturday: 1.5x for first 4 hours, then double time
